WHY RYSE IS DIFFERENT

One Team. Start to Finish.

Most restoration companies stop at mitigation — they dry your walls, then hand you off to a separate contractor you have to find, vet, and manage yourself. That gap between "dry" and "done" is where projects stall, costs inflate, and homeowners get lost in coordination.

Ryse Restoration and Ryse Construction are sister companies under one roof. When our mitigation team finishes drying, cleaning, or stabilizing your property, our construction crew steps in without a handoff delay. Same project manager. Same phone number. Same accountability.

WHAT WE DO

Reconstruction. Remodel. Repair.

Three pillars. One team. Every project, big or small, gets the same quality workmanship and dedicated project management.

Reconstruction

Structural rebuild after water, fire, mold, or storm damage. Framing, drywall, flooring, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — we restore your property to pre-loss condition or better.

Remodel

Full kitchen and bathroom remodels. Mobile home renovations. Custom upgrades including awnings, decks, patios, siding, and finish carpentry. Designed for East Valley homes and lifestyles.

Repair

Targeted repairs — roof patching, drywall replacement, flooring repair, plumbing fixes, exterior restoration. Fast turnaround for smaller-scope projects that still demand quality workmanship.

HOW IT WORKS

Your Reconstruction Timeline

Four clear steps from damage assessment to final walkthrough — one project manager oversees the entire process.

01

Damage Assessment & Scope

Our project manager walks the property with you, documents all damage, and creates a detailed scope of work — including photo documentation for your insurance adjuster.

02

Estimate & Insurance Coordination

We produce a line-item estimate and work directly with your insurance company. If your claim is already open, we coordinate with the adjuster. If not, we help you file.

03

Construction & Reconstruction

Our licensed construction crew executes the rebuild — structural repairs, systems, finishes, and final details. One project manager oversees the entire timeline.

04

Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off

We walk the completed project with you before closing. Any punch-list items are resolved before final sign-off. You don't pay until you're satisfied.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Reconstruction & Remodel FAQ

Do I need reconstruction after water or fire damage?
Not always — but most significant water and fire losses require some level of reconstruction, whether that's drywall replacement, flooring, or full structural rebuild. We assess the scope and explain exactly what's needed before any work begins.
What's the difference between mitigation and reconstruction?
Mitigation stops the damage — water extraction, drying, soot removal, mold containment. Reconstruction rebuilds what was damaged — framing, drywall, flooring, painting, fixtures. Ryse handles both under one contract.
Can you work with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We write estimates in Xactimate format (the industry standard adjusters use), coordinate on-site meetings, document every change order, and bill your insurance directly for covered losses.
Do you remodel homes that weren't damaged?
Yes. Through our sister company Ryse Construction, we handle kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, mobile home renovations, custom decks, awnings, and more — even without an insurance claim.
How long does a reconstruction project take?
It depends on scope. Minor repairs (drywall patch, flooring) can complete in days. Full reconstruction after major fire or water damage typically takes 4–12 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline before starting.
Are you licensed and insured for construction work?
Yes. Ryse Construction is a licensed Arizona contractor with full general liability and workers' comp coverage. We carry EPA Lead-Safe certification for pre-1978 homes.
